Bairdi Crab Box
Southeast Alaska bairdi (snow) crab caught in pots by our trusted partners at Alaska Glacier Seafoods in Juneau, Alaska. Bairdi is a prized crab harvested during Alaska’s cold winter months. We love the sweet, pronounced crab flavor of bairdi when steamed and paired with herby dipping sauces, stirred into chowders, soups, curries, or seafood stews.
Dungeness Crab Box
We are excited to offer remaining fall and winter season boxes of these Pacific Northwest jewels, which were caught in a small crab pot fishery in Southeast Alaska’s inside waters. Dungy meat is light and flaky with a subtle sweetness and brininess. Our Dungeness crab comes pre-steamed and “half-backed,” which means we’ve removed the midsection and left only the meaty clusters of legs and claws.

Try our April community supported fishery shares without committing to the entire season! We have a limited number of pre-packed share boxes from our April community supported fishery, which are looking for a place in your kitchen and on your dinner table. Featuring wild-caught Alaska bairdi crab, Dungeness crab, and Pacific cod.
Salmon Burger & Shrimp Sampler
This box featuring coho salmon burger and coonstripe shrimp came from our trusted processing partners in and near Haines, Alaska. Salmon burger comes from the meat along the backbone of the salmon that remains after the fillets are removed. Coonstripe shrimp are a prized seafood from Alaska. While smaller than spot shrimp, they make up for it in big sweet and buttery flavor.
Grill-Ready Salmon Burger Trio
Your grill is about to get a whole lot more wild this Memorial Day weekend. It’s also going to become a whole lot more delicious — and healthy to boot! Three salmon burgers make up an entirely new kind of box for us: the Grill-Ready Salmon Burger Trio. Don’t have a grill? These burgers are just as good seared in a skillet on a stovetop.
Immerse yourself in a mouthwatering, multi-sensory wild Alaska seafood tradition — curing salmon into gravlax! The Gravlax Kit contains everything you’ll need to do just that with two types of salmon, three exciting gravlax spice blends, and a virtual gravlax cooking class.
Keta Salmon Box
Wild Alaska keta salmon are a favorite of our fishermen. A brilliant silver when pulled off the hook, keta’s luster is contrasted by a mild flavor that will even have the seafood-adverse hooked. Know someone who claims they don’t like salmon? Feed ‘em keta and you’ll have yourself a convert.
White Fish Sampler
Sweet and delicate-flavored halibut, supple lingcod, and versatile rockfish make up this magnificent medley of Alaska white fish. Each of these species can hold their own in dishes that range from a comforting beer-battered fish fry to an elegant 5-star style meal.
King Salmon Box
King salmon is known for being rich in flavor and texture, which makes it very forgiving when cooking. (It also makes them exceptionally delicious!) King salmon can be prepared many ways, including with just olive oil, salt, and pepper. One of our favorite methods is to slow grill it with low heat.
Albacore Tuna Box
Rich, delicate, and ever-so-subtly sweet, albacore tuna pairs perfectly with bright flavors. It shines in rare preparations or with a quick sear to preserve the meat's flavor and texture. Think poke with an umami soy-based sauce, seared with chimichurri, or wrapped in a homemade sushi roll.
White Fish Medley
The White Fish Medley is the box for a white fish lover who enjoys a little bit of everything. We loaded this box with hook-and-line-caught wild Alaska rockfish from the shores of Kodiak. We are rounding it out with lingcod burger, halibut burger, or Pacific cod. The White Fish Medley will stock your freezer with flakey white fish goodness perfect for tacos, sautés, chowders, or fish fries.
A mix of Alaska coho, keta, and Bristol Bay sockeye, the Salmon Sampler gives you the opportunity to taste three varieties of one magnificent fish, which is the inspiration for our company name! This sampler includes our traditional artisan cuts that highlight the natural lines and beauty of the fish. Salmon shines when roasted with a simple olive oil drizzle or used sashimi-style in a vibrant poke bowl.
