Plating Your Finished Meal Video

Method One

Individually plated for a fancy dinner with friends:

Place one portion of cod on a plate slightly off-center. Gently spoon Sandefjord Sauce over the top. Top with a few sprigs of fresh dill. Place 5 to 7 potatoes next to fish in a small pile or whatever creative form you want, you're the chef here! Add pickles, either scattered around the plate or in one larger collection next to fish—whatever you think looks beautiful. Remember: eye appeal is half the meal.

Method Two

Family meal style (option one):

Place all of the fish portions on a large platter and spoon sauce over top. Top with a few sprigs of fresh dill. Place the salty potatoes in a small bowl. Either top with a knob of butter, or place butter on an attractive dish on the table. In a second small bowl add the pickles and serve separately. Now your friends or family can serve themselves and create their own flavors on their plates.

Method Three

Family meal style (option two):

On a large oval platter, place all of the fish portions in a line. Spoon sauce over top. Arrange potatoes along either side of fish. Top everything with a few knobs of butter. Scatter pickles over potatoes. Sprinkle everything with a few sprigs of dill.
