Lettuce, tomato, and onion are fine, but a burger made with salmon deserves special treatment. Our Culinary Team has dreamed up (and tasted!) 6 mouthwatering ways to serve our Grill-Ready Salmon Burger Trio that will change the way you think about firing up the grill for dinner.
Missed the sale of our trio of salmon burgers? Culinary Director Grace Parisi has created recipes for how to make all three varieties at home with your salmon fillets.

Killer Combo Taco Burger
Top a Tex-Mex Chipotle burger on a toasted bun with tangy pickled red onions, shredded lettuce and fresh or pickled jalapeños. Dollop with a spoonful of guacamole and sprinkle with crumbled tortilla chips.
Slather chipotle mayo on a toasted bun (or really commit to the theme and use a tortilla), then add a Tex-Mex Chipotle Burger. Top with grilled corn and black bean salsa and dill pickles.
Skip the bun and serve a Ginger-Scallion Burger over rice. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and sriracha and sprinkle sliced fresh chiles and scallions over the top.
Spread spicy peanut sauce on a toasted bun, then add a Ginger-Scallion Burger. Top with grilled pineapple and finely shredded cabbage, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Fresh Herb Garden Burger
Spread a buttery brioche bun with piquant horseradish mayo. Add a Parsley-Dill Burger and a handful of peppery arugula. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
Fish Sammy Burger
Keep it classic with a Parsley-Dill Burger, tartar sauce (mayo, chopped pickles, lemon juice, capers), lettuce, and tomato on a toasted bun.
