King Salmon, Grilled to Perfection
Marsh’s Perfectly Grilled King Salmon
Serves: 4 | Difficulty:
1, 1 pound fillet king salmon
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill over medium.
Season king salmon with sea salt. Sprinkle brown sugar over the fillet and arrange lemon slices in an even layer over top.
Place salmon fillet skin-side down on the grates. Cover and cook for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the salmon begins to flake. Serve immediately.
